What data we collect
Account data: Email address, account type, password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
Publisher data: Site URLs, site descriptions, ad zone configuration.
Advertiser data: Campaign settings, ad creatives, billing information (payment details held by MangoPay, not us).
Technical data: IP addresses, user agent strings, referrer URLs — collected for fraud detection and analytics. IP addresses are stored with impressions and clicks.
Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken within the platform.
How we use your data
We use your data to: operate the platform; process payments; detect and prevent fraud; send account notifications; conduct compliance reviews; and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
Contract: Processing necessary to perform our contract with you (serving ads, processing payments, paying out earnings).
Legitimate interests: Fraud detection, security, platform analytics.
Legal obligation: Retaining financial records as required by law.
Data sharing
We share data with:
MangoPay — payment processing and KYC verification. MangoPay is an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution.
ScreenshotOne — we send site URLs for screenshot generation. No personal data is shared.
We do not share personal data with advertisers or publishers beyond what is necessary for the platform to function.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used. We do not use Google Analytics or other advertising trackers on our platform dashboard.
Data retention
Account data: retained while your account is active and for 3 years after closure.
Impression and click data: retained for 90 days in raw form, then aggregated in anonymised form indefinitely.
Financial records: retained for 7 years as required by HMRC.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing.

International transfers
Our servers are located in the UK/EU. Payment processing is handled by MangoPay which operates within the UK and EU under applicable data protection law.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
